Oslo, April 7, 2017: The Nomination Committee of Scatec Solar ASA has on April
7, 2017 given its recommendation to the Board of Directors of the Company for
the Annual General Meeting 2017 concerning the composition of the Board of
Directors and remuneration to the Board of Directors and the Nomination
Committee.
