Oslo, 20 June 2019: Buzz Aldrin AS, a company controlled by Executive Vice
President Roar Haugland, has today sold 65,000 shares in Scatec Solar ASA at an
average price per share of NOK 89.5302.
After the transaction and as of the date hereof, Executive Vice President Roar
Haugland, together with consolidated parties, owns 186,639 shares in Scatec
Solar ASA.
