Oslo, 25 January 2019: In line with the dividend policy, the Board of Directors
have resolved to propose to the ordinary General Meeting of Scatec Solar to be
held 30 April 2019, that a dividend of NOK 0.95 should be paid for 2018.
The following key dates for the dividend are proposed by the Board of Directors:
* Dividend amount: NOK 0.95 per share
* Declared currency: NOK
* Last day including right: 30 April 2019
* Ex-date: 2 May 2019
* Record date: 3 May 2019
* Payment date: 15 May 2019
* Date of approval: 30 April 2019
