Scatec Solar ASA: Minutes of Annual General Meeting

Oslo, 30 April 2019: Scatec Solar ASA held its Annual General Meeting on 30
April at 10:00 am CET. A total of 69,121,511 shares, representing 60.76 % of the
share capital was represented at the General Meeting.

The General Meeting resolved the Board of Directors' proposal of a dividend of
NOK 0.95 per share. The Company's shares will trade on Oslo Stock Exchange
exclusive the right to receive dividend as from 2 May. The dividend is expected
to be paid on or about 15 May 2019. For key information related to the cash

All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice convening the General
Meeting distributed on 29 March 2019 and as further set out in the minutes from
