Disclosure of Significant Shareholding under the Norwegian Securities Trading Act

On 27th May 2022 BlackRock, Inc has disposed of 160,478 shares and voting rights in Scatec ASA, resulting in a shareholding of 7,797,251 (4.91%) shares and voting rights.

effectively held is attached at Appendix A.
