Ole Jacob Sunde, Chair of the Board of Directors of Schibsted ASA, sold on 19
December 2014 21,244 shares in Schibsted ASA trough his fully owned company
Ringgården ASA at a price of NOK 481.6648 per share. After the transaction,
Sunde including close affiliates holds 100,000 shares in Schibsted ASA.
