Baillie Gifford & Co ("BG & Co") has on 16 September
2014 acquired 285,501 voting rights in Schibsted ASA
(SCH). The voting rights are held under discretionary
investment management agreements with clients and
were acquired as part of purchases of shares under
said investment management agreements. After the
transaction, BG & Co holds a total of 5,595,482
voting rights in SCH, corresponding to 5.18% of the
votes. All voting rights are held under discretionary
investment management agreements with clients. BG &
Co does not hold any shares or rights to shares in
SCH.
The above includes 3,462,582 (3.21%) voting rights
held by Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited ("BGO") a
wholly owned subsidiary of BG & Co.
