On November 14th 2014, funds managed by Luxor Capital
Group, LP ("LCG") have Sold 30,000 shares in
Schibsted ASA. Funds managed by LCG hereafter own a
total of 10,773,793 shares in Schibsted ASA or 9.98%
of the outstanding shares.
No single fund managed by LCG has crossed any
threshold as a result of the transaction.
