Schibsted ASA (SCH) - AGM approves share split and introduction of B-shares

The Annual General Meeting in Schibsted ASA has approved a share split and
introduction of B-shares. The resolution is in accordance with the proposal from
the board of directors as set out in the notice to the ordinary general meeting
published on 17 April 2015. The voting protocol will follow later this
afternoon.
