Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) - Schibsted reorganizes and steps up in Product and Tech

Today Schibsted Media Group presents a new organization with new geographies and
stronger global functions that will enable us to deliver even better products to
our users and customers - and at the same time strengthen our Ecosystem
strategy.

The new organization model will be simple and transparent, with clear
accountability for P&L along a geographical dimension. At the same time, the new
organization will have Product and Technology as new global functions across the
geographies.

The strategy of Schibsted remains unchanged; to be a global leader in online
classifieds, to develop world-class media houses and develop new growth
services.

The geographies in Schibsted's new organizational model will be the following:
* Norway
* Sweden
* Europe, Established Sites (France, Spain, Italy and Austria)
* Emerging markets (all other countries)

The leaders of each geography will report to the CEO. The new model implies that
the Online classifieds operations in Norway and Sweden, respectively, in the
future will be managed as part of its geographical units.

The members of Schibsted's new Group management team will be the following: Rolv
Erik Ryssdal, CEO, Didrik Munch, EVP Norway, Raoul Grünthal, EVP Sweden,
Gianpaolo Santorsola, EVP Emerging Markets, Sondre Gravir, EVP Europe,
Established Sites, Trond Berger, EVP Chief Financial Officer, Tina Stiegler, EVP
People, Change and Strategy, Rian Liebenberg, EVP Chief Technology Officer,
Terje Seljeseth, EVP Chief Product Officer, and Lena K Samuelsson, EVP
Communications & CSR.

Frode Eilertsen will take a new position in the Group as head of a new strategic
project for, aiming to set up a "unicorn-lab" that can identify, fund, build and
roll out unicorn-caliber growth ventures. Christian Printzell Halvorsen will
remain in his position as SVP Marketplace Products, based in Barcelona.

The new reporting structure will be effective starting in Q1 2016, and
comparable historical figures will be provided in due time before the Q1 2016
report.
