Funds managed by Luxor Capital Group, LP ("LCG") have
today sold 135,000 class A shares in Schibsted ASA.
Following the transaction, funds managed by LCG hold
2,906,029 class A shares and 8,317,258 class B shares,
in total 11,223,287 shares equal to 4.97 percentage of
the entire issued share capital of Schibsted ASA.
Consequently, funds managed by LCG hold 37,377,548
votes equal to 3.12 percentage of the votes of
Schibsted ASA.
