Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) - Successful refinancing
Schibsted has successfully refinanced the EUR 300 million loan facility expiring
in July 2022 with a new EUR 300 million multi-currency revolving credit
facility. The new facility has a term of 5 years, with two 1 year extension
options. SEB acted as sole Coordinator and the transaction was successfully
supported by Schibsted's relationship banks: Danske Bank A/S, DNB Bank ASA,
Handelsbanken Capital Markets, Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ), Skandinaviska
Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Swedbank AB (publ) and BNP Paribas S.A. Norway
Branch. SEB is the Facility Agent of the facility.
The facility is not drawn and secures a strong liquidity buffer going forward.
