Baillie Gifford & Co (“BG & Co”) has on 25 January 2022 disposed of 3,611,439 voting rights in Schibsted ASA (SCH). The voting rights are held under discretionary investment management agreements with clients and were acquired as part of sales of shares under said investment management agreements. After the event, BG & Co holds a total of 116,798,877 voting rights in SCH, corresponding to 9.95% of the votes. All voting rights are held under discretionary investment management agreements with clients. BG & Co does not hold any shares or rights to shares in SCH.
The above includes 61,757,931 (5.26%) voting rights held by Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited (“BGO”) a wholly owned subsidiary of BG & Co.
