Baillie Gifford & Co (“BG & Co”) has on 06 July 2022 disposed of 62,529 voting rights (attaching to B shares) in Schibsted ASA (SCH). After the event, BG & Co holds a total of 117,386,357 voting rights in SCH, corresponding to 9.995% of the votes. All voting rights are held under discretionary investment management agreements with clients. BG & Co does not hold any shares or rights to shares in SCH.
