Baillie Gifford & Co (“BG & Co”) has on 08 September 2022 disposed of -435,807 voting rights (attaching to A and B shares) in Schibsted ASA (SCH). After the event, BG & Co holds a total of 113,649,255 voting rights in SCH, corresponding to 9.68% of the votes. All voting rights are held under discretionary investment management agreements with clients. BG & Co does not hold any shares or rights to shares in SCH.
