Today, primary insiders in Schibsted ASA have been granted 30.747 B-shares in
the form of restricted stock units (RSUs). The shares will be transferred to the
employees at the end of a two year vesting period.
Please see the attached form(s) for notification and public disclosure of
transactions, including net number* of RSUs to primary insiders.
* Net number of restricted B-shares to be received following the vesting date.
The net number of RSUs is based on a 50% marginal tax rate. The actual number of
shares received at the vesting date may vary, should the participant's margin
tax rate at the vesting date differ.
