Subsea 7 Blue Space Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Subsea 7 S.A., has on 26 October 2022, been allocated a total of 318,015,230 offer shares in the Rights Issue.
Subsea 7 Blue Space Limited is a close associate of Kristian Siem, Chairman of the Board of Subsea 7 S.A. and primary insider in Seaway7.
