Oslo, 20 November 2017. Self Storage Group ASA has today issued 1,485,714 new shares to the selling shareholder of Minilageret AS, as part settlement of the remaining part of the purchase price for Minilageret AS. After registration of the new shares, the new share capital will be NOK 6,369,528.40, divided into 63,695,284 shares with par value NOK 0.10.
