Zeon Lux S.à r.l., an entity managed by affiliates of Centerbridge Partners, L.P. (“Centerbridge”), has today purchased 19,230,909 shares in Self Storage Group ASA (“SSG” or the “Company”), representing 23.28% of the outstanding shares and votes in the Company, at a price of NOK 27.00 per share. After the transaction, Centerbridge holds 19,230,909 shares in the Company, representing 23.28% of the outstanding shares and votes in the Company.
Arctic Securities AS has acted as sole financial adviser to Centerbridge in connection with acquisition of shares in SSG.
