Due to the prevailing circumstances relating to Covid-19 / Corona, the
requesting shareholder and the board of directors of Self Storage Group ASA
(Self Storage Group, OSE: SSG) have agreed that the responsible course of action
is to cancel the EGM to ensure the safety and well-being of SSG's shareholders,
employees and other stakeholders.
SSG intends to arrange the Annual General Meeting on 25 May 2020.
