Disclosure of major shareholding – Self Storage group

Following the expired offer period in T-C Storage Holdco AB's recommended voluntary cash offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares in Self Storage Group ASA, fund managed by ODIN Forvaltning AS has on 2023-12-01 sold 5 077 166 shares in Self Storage Group ASA and has consequently passed the 5% disclosure threshold. Following the transaction, ODIN Forvaltning AS does not own shares in the company.
