Selvaag Bolig ASA: Amended terms of bond loan

The bondholders of NOK 500 million Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 2013/2018 with
ISIN NO 001 068372.5 (the "Bond Issue") have approved Selvaag Bolig ASA's
("Selvaag Bolig" or the "Company") proposed amendments in the Bond Issue. The
amendments relate to the dividend covenant and will allow Selvaag Bolig to pay
dividend more than once a year.

The amendments to the Bond Issue were approved in a bondholders' meeting held on
29 September 2015. Pareto Securities AS has acted as advisor to the Company.
