At Monday, October 4th 2021 the extraordinary general meeting of Skandia Greenpower AS was conducted.
The General meeting agreed on the following decision: Lene Johansen is elected as a new board member to the Board of Skandia GreenPower.
The decision was unanimous amongst the attendees / attendees with a proxy.
