Notice is hereby served that the extraordinary general meeting of Skandia GreenPower AS (the "Company") will be held on Tuesday, December 21st 2021, at 10:00 CET. Shareholders who wish to participate in the general meeting are requested to notify the Company of this no later than December 20th 2021 at 12:00. They will then receive an invitation to the Teams meeting.
