Notice is hereby served that the annual general meeting of Skandia GreenPower AS (the "Company") will be held on Tuesday May 9th 2023 at 12:00 CET. The general meeting will be held as a Teams meeting. Shareholders who wish to participate in the general meeting are requested to notify the Company on email okonomi@skandiaenergi.no no later than May 8th, 2023 at 12:00. They will then receive an invitation to the Teams meeting.
