September 27, 2022 - Hanna Konyi, primary insider of SmartCraft ASA, sold on
September 26, 2022, 815 000 shares in SmartCraft at a price of NOK 15.53 per
share. The share sale was made to cover payable personal tax obligations related
to the IPO of SmartCraft ASA in June 2021.
After the transaction, Mrs. Konyi holds 1 090 675 shares in SmartCraft ASA.
Additionally she holds 331 043 shares in the SmartCraft long-term investment
program.
