With reference to the share buyback program announced 28 April 2023, SmartCraft
ASA ("SmartCraft" or the "Company") (Ticker: SMCRT NO), has now completed the
share buyback program as the announced duration of the program has been reached.
Under the share buyback program the Company purchased 1,952,324 of its own
shares in the period 28 April 2023 to 30 April 2024 at an average price of NOK
21.5970 per share for a total consideration of NOK 42,164,245.51.
No shares have been purchased since the previous announcement about the share
buyback program, dated 23 April 2024.
This information is published in accordance with the requirements in article 5

pursuant to Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
