SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - Mette Kamsvåg nominated as new chairperson of the Board

16 January 2025 - The SmartCraft Nomination Committee has decided to recommend
Mette Kamsvåg for election as the new chairperson of the Board at the Annual
General Meeting scheduled for 2 May 2025.

Gunnar Haglund has informed the Nomination Committee he will not seek reelection
as Board chair and Board member at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

Mette Kamsvåg was elected to the Board of SmartCraft at the Annual General
Meeting in May 2024 and currently holds the position of deputy chairperson of
the Board. She has decades of domestic and international experience from the IT,
software and payment system industry. From 2011 to 2014 she was the CEO of Nets,
and she currently serves as Chair of the Board at Group.one, Chair of the Board
at WebMed and Board member at Worldline SA and SpareBank 1 SMN. She holds a
Master's degree in Management, Business and Finance from BI Norwegian School of
Management.

shares and votes of the company, supports the recommendation to elect Mette
Kamsvåg as the new chairperson of the Board of SmartCraft.
