5 January 2026 - Jeremias Jansson today assumed the position as Chief Executive
Officer of SmartCraft, following the appointment announced 6 October 2025.
Jansson brings more than 25 years of international SaaS leadership experience,
including senior roles at Unit4 and most recently as Chief Revenue Officer
at Quinyx. He has a proven track record in scaling platforms across Europe and
leading large go-to-market and customer operations. Jansson will be based in
Stockholm.
His appointment coincides with SmartCraft's planned relisting from Oslo Børs to
Nasdaq Stockholm in the first quarter of 2026, aimed at broadening investor
reach and liquidity. Sweden is SmartCraft's largest market, and Nasdaq Stockholm
offers strong SaaS investor expertise.
"SmartCraft has a strong team, solid product portfolio and a strong financial
foundation. With early signs of improvement in macroeconomic conditions, we are
ready to seize the momentum and unlock a new phase of growth. Our focus will be
on sharpening sales performance, leveraging our scalable technology,
and harnessing AI to deliver even greater customer value. I'm confident we can
strengthen our Nordic leadership while at the same time accelerate international
expansion," says Jeremias Jansson, CEO of SmartCraft.
Following the appointment process, Hanna Konyi, who served as interim CEO,
continues in the executive management team as Deputy CEO. The executive team
also includes Maria Utbult (Electro and HVAC & Plumbing), Magnus Buregård (SME
Construction), James Farell (Enterprise), Kine K. Olsen (interim CFO), Christian
Saleki (CTO), and Katja Widlund (CCO).
