Smartoptics Group AS – Transactions by closely associated parties of primary insiders

Please see the attached forms for an overview of transactions in the shares of Smartoptics Group AS (the "Company") conducted by closely associated parties of primary insiders in connection with the liquidation of Smarter Holding AS and the transfer of shares in the Company to the shareholders of Smarter Holding AS.

Smarter Holding AS' shareholding in the Company has been transferred from Smarter Holding AS to the individual shareholders of Smarter Holding AS in conjunction with the dissolution of Smarter Holding AS. The shareholders Coretech AS, Arrowhead AS, K-Spar Industrier AS and Kløvningen AS now hold shares directly in the Company. The planned transfer of shares was communicated in the Information Document published in connection with the listing of Smartoptics Group AS on Euronext Growth on June 3rd 2021.
