SoftOx Solutions AS (the "Company") has prepared the enclosed Admission Document dated 1 June 2018 in order to provide information about the Company and its shares in connection with the admission to trading on Merkur Market. The Admission Document is also available on the Company's web page, www.soft-ox.com. Trading is expected to commence today under the ticker symbol "SOFTOX-ME".
Oslo Børs has reviewed the Admission Document. SpareBank 1 Markets has acted as financial advisor to the Company in connection with the admission to trading. Advokatfirmaet Wiersholm AS has acted as the Company's legal advisor.
