The board of SoftOx Solutions has approved the completion of a right issue approved in the Extraordinary General Assembly on the 2nd of January 2019. The right issue is directed to existing shareholder; Dinge Invest AS with 145,550 shares at a price of NOK 22 per share.
The company's share capital after the issue of totally NOK 92.084 is divided between 4,604,200 shares with a nominal price of NOK 0.02/share.
