FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE 4th QUARTER 2011

· Operating income fourth. quarter was NOK 856
million (NOK 707 million).
· Operating income for the year was NOK 3,049 million
(NOK 2,617 million)
· Cash flow from operations (EBITDA) for the fourth
quarter was NOK 330 million (NOK 210 million) and
accumulated EBITDA at 31 December 2011, was NOK 1,134
million (NOK 978 million)
· The Board proposes a dividend of NOK 1,50 per share
for 2011
