PURCHASE OF "NOR SPRING" & "NOR CAPTAIN"

Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) has today taken over the
ownership of the AHTS «Nor Spring» and «Nor Captain».
The vessels has been on bareboat contract to SOFF
from Java Marine Lines for nearly 5 years and SOFF
has now used its options to purchase the vessels. The
costprice is 100% financed by a loan of USD 38
million.

"Nor Captain" is currently operating in the spot
marked in South-East Asia, while "Nor Spring" is
chartered to Bibbi Offshore on a 3-year bareboat
contract (ref. stock exchange notice on the 17 April
2012).
