Solstad in Solstad Offshore ASA, has acquired a total
of 3 615 shares in Solstad Offshore ASA at a price of
NOK 84,73 per share.

Vindbalen AS owns after this acquisition a total of
33 990 shares in Solstad Offshore ASA.
