In relation with an offer regarding purchasing of
shares to the employees in the company the following
insiders have purchased shares, at NOK 92,- per share:

HSEQ Director Jakob Høines 100 shares (new number of
shares: 925 shares)
Chartering Director Hans Knut Skår Jr 100 shares (new
number of shares 1.400 shares)
Chartering Manager Trond Nilsen 100 shares (new
number of shares: 600 shares)
Charterer Gisle Sønstebø 100 shares (new number of
shares: 450 shares)
Charterer Ivar Storesund 100 shares (new number of
shares: 200 shares)
Insurance Manager Rita Olsen 100 shares (new number
of shares: 600 shares)
Controller Leif Henning Stave 100 shares (new number
of shares: 600 shares)
HR Director Per Stange 100 shares (new number of
shares: 350 shares)

In connection with the mentioned offer, the employees
bought a total of 20.000 shares. These will be a
reduction to the company´s stock of treasury shares.
After these transactions the company has a stock of
treasury shares of 5.300.
