REPORT 4TH QUARTER 2012 AND PRELIMINARY ACCOUNTS 2012

· Operating revenue for 2012 was NOK 3,362 million
(NOK 2,980)
· Operating revenue for the 4th quarter was NOK 760
million (NOK 823 million)
· Cash flow from operations (EBITDA) for 2012 was
NOK 1,428 million (NOK 1.106 million)
· EBITDA for the 4th quarter was NOK 303 million (NOK
302 million)
· The Board proposes a dividend of NOK 2,50 per share
for 2012

There will be held a presentation of the 4th quarter
results 2012 and the preliminary accounts 2012, on
Wednesday 27th February 2013 at 09:00. The
presentation will take place at Rederiforbundet,
Rådhusgt. 25, 7th floor, Oslo.
