Bareboat charter with Purchase obligation

Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) has signed a contract
with GSP Antares Limited(GSP) were GSP will bareboat
charter SOFF's 1985 built AHTS "Normand Mjolne" for
a period of 2 years.

Thereafter GSP has an obligation to purchase the
vessel at a pre-agreed price.



The commencement of the bareboat charter will be
April-13.



The commercial terms are confidential between the
parties.
