FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE 1st QUARTER 2013

· Operating income for the 1st quarter was NOK 798
mill (NOK 788)
· Cash flow from operations (EBITDA) was NOK 299
million (NOK 288 million)
· A dividend of NOK 2.50 per share for 2012 was
passed by resolution at the Annual General Meeting.
· New contracts of NOK 1,8 billion entered into year
to date in 2013

There will be held a presentation of the 1st quarter
results 2013, on Wednesday 15. May, 2013 at 09:00.
