FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE 3rd QUARTER 2013

- Operating income for the third quarter was NOK 962
million (NOK 884 million)
- Cash flow from operations (EBITDA) in the same
period was NOK 510 million, corresponding to an
increase of 16 % from same period in 2012
- Operating income for the three first quarters of
2013 was NOK 2,631 million (NOK 2,550 million)
- EBITDA for the three first quarters of 2013 was NOK
1,218 million (NOK 1,125 million)
- The Group's result before tax by third quarter 2013
was a profit of NOK 458 million (NOK 471 million)
- Initiated a share buy-back program for treasury
shares

There will be held a presentation of the 3rd quarter
results 2013, on Thursday 7. November 2013 at 09:00.
