Solstad Offshore (SOFF) has an agreement in place for
sale of the subsea construction vessel "Rem Etive".
The sale will be effective upon the completion of the
existing contract, and delivery to new owners will
take place during Q2 2017.
The sale will give a booked profit of MNOK18 and a net
cash effect of approx. MNOK50 after repayment of the
vessel debt.
