The election committee of Solstad Offshore ASA has today
submitted its proposal for the election of board members to
be elected by the Company's shareholders at the
extraordinary general meeting to be held on 25 April 2017
and at the ordinary general meeting to be held on 10 May
2017. The proposals are enclosed hereto.
