Boa Offshore AS refers to notification of
6 October 2017 regarding successful arbitration
award against Fevamotinico S.a r.l. for Boa IMR AS.
Boa Shipping AS and Boa Offshore have today received
a notice of rescission (termination) of an
Investment Agreement from Calexco S.a r.l. The
Investment Agreement contains, amongst other,
provisions that give Boa Offshore a preferred
right to distribution of payments from
Fevamotinico according to the award. No payments
have been received from Fevamotinico so far. The
rescission will be disputed by Boa Offshore and
Boa Shipping.
