Boa IMR AS refers to notification of 6 October 2017
regarding successful arbitration award against
Fevamotinico S.à.r.l for Boa IMR AS. No payments
have been received from Fevamotinico so far.
Boa IMR has today received a writ of summons to
the Sør-Trøndelag District Court where
Fevamotinico initiates legal proceedings and
claims the arbitration award set aside as
invalid. The claim will be contested by Boa IMR.
