Reference is made to the restructuring of the Issuer completed on 17 July 2017 with respect to ISIN NO 001 0699077 - FRN Boa Offshore AS Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 2013/2018.
Nye Kystlink AS (Kystlink) and Color Line AS/Color Group AS (Color Line) has agreed to a settlement agreement where Kystlink waive its legal claim for compensation against Color Line’s payment of a settlement amount. Each party pay their own legal costs. The settlement amount is payable within 2 July 2019 and estimated net proceeds of NOKm 25 will be distributed from Boa Offshore according to the bond agreements.
