Aker Capital AS, which is 100% owned by Aker ASA and represented on the Board of
Solstad Offshore ASA (the "Company") by Frank Ove Reite due to its ownership in
the Company, has on December 1st, 2020 acquired 2,382,757 shares in the Company
from Ocean Yield ASA (a company controlled by Aker). The acquisition is made at
a price per share of NOK 5.16 which equals to the closing price on Oslo Stock
Exchange yesterday, December 1st, 2020.
Following the transaction, Aker Capital AS and its related party (Fausken Invest
AS, a company controlled by Reite) will hold a total of 18,687,150 shares in the
Company, equal to 24,96% of the shares and votes in the Company, and Ocean Yield
ASA will no longer hold any shares in the Company.
