Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Solstad Offshore ASA 8 May
2020. Solstad Offshore ASA as issuer has today summoned a bondholders' meeting
in Solstad Offshore ASA's bond issue SOFF 04 with ISIN NO 0010713548, to resolve
the restructuring of Solstad Offshore ASA and its subsidiaries as set out in the
stock exchange notice 8 May 2020. A bondholders meeting has also been summoned
in the Solship Invest 1 AS bond issue with ISIN no. 0010779945
The bondholder meeting in SOFF 04 will be held on May 29[th] at 13.00 hours
(Oslo time) at the premises of Nordic Trustee AS, Kronprinsesse Märthas plass 1,
0160 Oslo, 7th floor.
