Reference is made to the stock exchange notices dated 7 August 2020 and 10 August 2020 regarding requests for interlocutory measure from Calexco S.À R.L. ("Calexco") and Waltham Limited ("Waltham").
On 19 August 2020, Sør-Trøndelag district court dismissed Calexco's and Waltham's requests for interlocutory measure, as the court concluded that no claim or basis for the requests were rendered probable. Thus, the Court passed a decision in favor of Boa IMR AS. Furthermore, the Court ruled that Calexco and Waltham must pay Boa IMR AS' legal fees incurred.
The decision is not yet legally enforceable, as it may be appealed to the Court of Appeal within the ordinary deadline for appeals of one month.
