Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 20 August 2020 regarding the decision from Sør-Trøndelag district court of 19 August 2020. The decision is not appealed, and has become final and binding.
Furthermore, Boa Offshore AS has also submitted a proposal before the general meeting of Boa IMR AS for an extraordinary unequal dividend in favour of Boa Offshore AS, in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Agreement dated 18 February 2015 between Boa Offshore and Calexco S.a r.l. Calexco S.a r.l. voted against the proposed resolution. Boa Offshore AS has today sent a letter to Calexco S.a r.l. claiming damages of NOK 110,9 million for the breach of the Investment Agreement. If the claim is not settled voluntarily, legal actions will be taken to enforce the claim.
