Reference is made to the stock exchange notices by Solstad Offshore ASA (the
"Company") dated 20 October 2023, regarding Jarsteinen AS' exercise of 5,038,187
warrants into shares in the Company against a total payment to the Company by
Jarsteinen AS of NOK 14,106,923.60(the "Conversion").
The share capital increase relating to the Conversion has now been registered
with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Thus, the share capital has
been increased with NOK 5,038,187 through the issuance of 5,038,187 new shares,
each with a par value of NOK 1.
The new share capital of the Company is NOK 82,346,796 divided by 82,346,796
shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
